Today seems like it will be tough - a full day just to kill, no court till tomorrow, no Jacob until Tuesday... Last night we got together again with Carrie & Jack (the other AA family) and had dinner - food was questionable, but the beer was good, and cold, too! We made the mistake of going to sleep right after we got back from dinner, and were wide awake at 11 pm. We watched a movie on the laptop, then were able to sleep again till 6 am.
This morning, we had a hot breakfast at the hotel at 9, then went back out exploring with C & J. Some of you even got to see us on the Kemerovo webcam! We're warming up at the internet cafe, then heading back out. So far, we have been getting some strange looks from the "locals" - I guess we're not blending in well. It must be our big coats and how much we're bundled up. Believe it or not, the locals wear hats, but no scarves or anything to cover their faces, lots of fur coats, but nothing quite as big and bulky as what we're wearing. One older woman in particular, could not stop staring at us today as we were walking by - she kept doing double-takes! I tried to wear less "bulk" today, but my face is freezing! Tomorrow will be a fuller day, with court in the morning at 10, then paperwork afterward, but we will try to make it back to the cafe to post again on how court went!
We have all sorts of cold-looking pictures from our exploring that we'll put on once we get to Moscow -even though by then, all you'll want to see are Jacob pictures!!! Love, C&C

Well, It was about 1 degree here this morning, and it is pretty darn cold out. so i can only imagine how cold it must be there. I guess that it must be around 5 or 6 am there by now so you will be in court in just a couple of hours. You guys must be so excited by now. Good Luck. We will look forward to seeing the pictures.
P.S. Ethan wants to know if you can bring him back some snow.
